Why inclusion in space is important to Will
I believe that every endeavor can benefit from having more ideas suggested, evaluated, and implemented by more people from more backgrounds; and that's even more true for fields like aerospace that are both extremely complex and relatively early in their development. For all of our aerospace industry's wonderful accomplishments, we would do more and do it better if we were more inclusive. As a field that is overwhelmingly full of purpose-driven individuals and teams, we have a real opportunity to seek out, welcome, and train people from all backgrounds who share our passion and who bring valuable new perspective and insight.
