Consciously removing gatekeeping of community membership. Allowing the individual to have the autonomy to self-identify identity and or community membership.Acknowledging the complexity of intersectionality in inclusive topics
Understanding that inclusive topics very often overlap, intertwine, and have shared history that affects individuals simultaneously.
